We spoke with a few companies and felt most comfortable and assured when we had the introductory call with Jordy and immediately decided to go with Koning Aankoopmakelaars.\n\nWe visiting a couple of houses and had adequate discussion with Jordy about how close they matched our needs and budgets. The best part was, his approach is totally calm and patient and he was quicker to say \"no\" to a house than us, e.g. a  he noticed that in a neighborhood we visited might be more noisy depending on the weather because of the highway being in a certain direction, or a wonderful and spacious house where we might have to spend six months just renovating it. He spot some critical issues with other houses that we certainly would haven't noticed. Soon it was easier to narrow down our search and get a home we love.\n\nWith this company, paperwork and the rest of the process was so straightforward and easy to manage. I also appreciate the quick coordination and management from Janet time to time. Jordy neemt echt de tijd om je goed te leren kennen en geeft na iedere bezichtiging een eerlijk en realistisch advies. Zelfs toen ik bij \u00e9\u00e9n woning een winnend bod had uitgebracht en we tijdens het doornemen van de koopovereenkomst tot de conclusie kwamen dat de koop niet verantwoord was. Dat was natuurlijk even een teleurstelling.\n\nIk had bij Jordy al eens aangegeven dat ik een bepaald appartementencomplex erg mooi vond, en door zijn goede netwerk is het mij gelukt ook daar een woning te bemachtigen. Het inplannen van bezichtigingen verliep snel en soepel via de mail, bijna altijd had je binnen anderhalf uur een reactie of bevestiging van Janet.\n\nHeel erg bedankt!
